Best SEO Plugins for WordPress: Nearly all internet operation starts with a quest: 93 % of all internet encounters begin with a search engine and 39 percent of the worldwide eCommerce traffic comes from search. Many firms acknowledged this and adjusted accordingly — 61 percent of firms identified SEO as their top priority last year.
Yeah, with PPC campaigns you can generate leads, and pay to be a top pick. But 80 per cent of people say in search results they disregard the ads.
In short, if you want to have some chance to push organic traffic to your website you need to be prioritizing SEO and be a top result. But if you’re not an expert on the SEO, where do you start?
Luckily many great SEO resources are available. If you have a WordPress web site, you can add a range of plugins that will really help you out. What ones? That’s precisely why I have created this list of the best WordPress SEO plugins. It explains how my top plugins will boost your SEO and how they will help you.
The WordPress plugin Yoast SEO has been around for over a decade. It has been installed by over five million websites which makes it one of the most common options.
One of Yoast SEO’s best parts is the ability to build and manage your sitemaps in XML. This is much easier than coding your sitemap alone, particularly if you don’t have much technical context to it.
Yoast SEO helps you recognize and avoid duplicate content, so you won’t have to worry about being penalized by Google, and it provides templates for titles and meta-descriptions, making your pages more attractive in SERPs.

2.The SEO Framework
A further great choice to consider is the SEO Framework plugin. I really like this WordPress plugin because it’s made for smaller companies as opposed to large corporations.
Its interface naturally integrates as it is combined with WordPress, so it looks as though it’s meant to be there, as opposed to being overwhelming.
The plugin provides a colored scale, showing you exactly how to customize search engines for each article. All you need to do is hover your cursor over the bars in the SEO column to show information about how precise changes to those pages are made. As you can see from the above screenshot this note describes how to change the title for SEO purposes.
The plugin for the SEO System is free and has no ads or upsells to pester you when you are working. Overall, I am pleased with how this lightweight plugin is working.
SEO Squirrly is specifically built for those who aren’t SEO experts. Other plugins have different ways SEO tips can be accessed and applied, but SEO Squirrly takes this to the next level. Check out their live SEO assistant app.
Here’s how it works. Only enter the appropriate keyword you’re trying to rate with the article you’re writing for. While you write, green lights and suggestions for pop-ups will show up in real time describing how you can use the keyword in your text.
Imagine getting an SEO expert looking over your shoulder as you write—that’s what you get with SEO Squirrly.
Another nice feature is the content reports, which is useful if you outsource writers or use several writers in the organization to create content. Those reports offer writers more insight into the SEO based on what they read.
SEO Squirrly also has a tool for evaluating the contents of your rivals, so you can find ways to go beyond their websites. You will also be able to keep track of your progress regularly.
SEO Squirrly also features a number of other tools including … Strategy Assistant (the engine driving the entire section of the Focus Pages). Not only does Squirrly SEO offer new features, it also offers a new SEO interface, providing users with a step-by-step system to rate their company through Focus Pages.
Configuration Assistant to help you repair your site’s SEO configuration and set up everything properly.
Blogging assistant that helps users write posts that are well-rounded and rich in media without leaving their WordPress dashboard.
The Keyword Research Assistant which maintains records, adds data to the keywords portfolio of users and notifies them of greater opportunities for keywords.
4. Broken Link Checker
Google algorithms will penalize you for broken ties, so the WordPress plugin Broken Link Checker is highly useful for your website.
If you are like me, your blog content includes lots of internal and outbound connections. On your own site, you can monitor the pages but the status of pages on other websites is out of your hands.
Here is one example. Say in one of your blog posts you’ve used a quote, picture, or statistics from another website. But the other site got rid of that page for one reason or another, or combined it with another piece of content without having a redirect. Your website now has a broken connection.
The Broken Link Checker plugin will detect any broken link on your site and make deleting, editing, or dismissing the issue with just a few clicks simple.
5. All In One Schema Rich Snippets
All In One Schema Rich Snippets will enhance the way your pages appear with rich snippets in search engine results which are a brief and more interactive description of your website. They include items such as pricing, pictures, star ratings or feedback.
This famous plugin for schema markups will help you add items like:
All websites benefit from rich snippets but they are especially essential for eCommerce sites. Users aren’t going to have to go through too many steps to read your product analysis. From the search engine results page, they will see the star-rating. Adding rich snippets will tell search engines precisely what details the search results will contain.
